Relaxing brand-new hotel with caring staff during check-out. Ideal position in the dog friendly area, just next door to Wast Water and Scafell, lakes, mountains. Reasonably priced and functional room, comfortable beds, hearty breakfast.

Comfortable stay at the advertised time, nothing too much trouble. The restaurant was nice with a great menu and good food here, I had wonderful dishes.

Everything was perfect, fab location very near to the mountains, the staff were polite.

Magical place, it was clean and had courteous staff upon arrival and during check-out. This accommodation had a central setting very close to the coast.

All in all a fabulous hotel and nice stay. I enjoyed how the property looked, excellent place. Room had a large bathroom and central heating, an iron/ironing board and a dining area. The English bar was great and the drinks were warm. Besides, the parking was on-site. I ate at a good restaurant.

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Holmrook. Comfortable bedroom. Have a drink at the English bar.

I had an excellent experience. The breakfast was full cooked, the staff was very efficient. I loved having an iron, a TV set and a dining area. Bed was very comfy, esp for those with a bad back.

Staff were absolutely perfect, wi-fi was great, and I liked its brilliant location near to Wastwater and the river and the mountains

Incredible meals, nice beds, adorable staff.

The staff was responsible, the room was cosy, well priced. A short walk to the nice beach. Awesome view, a comfortable balcony, quiet bed, too. Service was very brilliant during my stay too. Also, it had parking outside.

Fairly clean place, staff was fantastic friendly. And it also had marvellous view. Modern facilities there.

The location was super and the staff members were enthusiastic. Modern unit with a contemporary decor. Hotel offered wi-fi in the reception. Bottled drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

We would absolutely stay here again, as the hotel exceeded high expectations. We loved pretty views from our room. Members of breakfast stuff where HELPFUL. The place is 4 km away from Holmrook downtown.
